Piranha™ XL Color: Multi-line CMOS TDI delivers breakthrough performance

Teledyne DALSA presents our latest multi-line CMOS color camera, delivering an unprecedented combination of speed, resolution, and responsivity with low noise for color imaging. With our TDI technology using four rows per color, the Piranha XL Color camera provides high quality images of true colors in light starved conditions.

The camera uses the Camera Link HS interface based on Teledyne DALSA's field-proven technology. It delivers very high data throughput with long transmission distances and cable flexibility. The camera, combined with the XTIUM Camera Link HS frame grabber, offers a complete solution for the next generation Automatic Optical Inspection. And all Piranha XL cameras are built with Teledyne DALSA's Trigger to Image Reliability framework, which controls and monitors the entire process from trigger through image capture and transfer to host memory and helps protect you from data loss.
